UGANDA: FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING CHILDREN’S MEDICAL WARD

ACN worked with Shanti Uganda to equip and furnish a newly constructed children’s ward at the Shanti Uganda Birth House in Luwero, Uganda. The new ward is projected to provide over 10,000 children with health services each year.

The interior of the new Children’s Ward at Shanti Uganda’s Birth House contains both a large room for children with non-contagious illnesses, and smaller rooms for children who need to be isolated. With state of the art equipment and a well-trained staff, the Children’s Ward will provide excellent care for the area’s vulnerable children.
